Who doesn’t like the aromatherapy experience in the shower? The essential oil infused steam can help relieve stress, energize you or just plain make you feel amazing! It all depends on the essential oils you use. This one is one of my favorites because the eucalyptus makes me feel like I’m in a spa! All you need to make them are:
DIY Shower Melt Ingredients
1 3/4 cup baking soda
1/2 cup arrowroot powder
1/4 cup kaolin clay
4-6 tbs water
20 drops Eucaltypus Radiata
10 drops Peppermint
6 drops Lavender
silicone mold
Combine all the dry ingredients into a bowl. Add the water, 1 tablespoon at a time until you get a past that clumps in your hand. Add essential oils and mix well. Press into silicone mold and allow to harden over night. Store the shower melts in a glass jar until ready to use. Just drop one on the floor of your shower and enjoy@
