There’s something about an iced coffee on a warm day that just feels right. It’s simple, refreshing, and easy to make your own with whatever flavors you’re craving. Lately, I’ve been in the mood to switch things up a bit, and this cinnamon vanilla iced coffee has quickly become my go-to. It’s lightly sweet, a little cozy from the cinnamon, and still perfectly refreshing for summer.
The best part? It comes together in just a few minutes with ingredients you probably already have on hand.
To make it you’ll need:
- 1/2 cup cold brew of your choice
- 1/4 cup of half and half
- splash of maple syrup
- splash of vanilla extract
- cinnamon to taste
I picked up most of my ingredients from Trader Joe’s, but if you don’t have one nearby, any good-quality versions will work just as well.
How to make it:
Start by filling a tall glass or mason jar with ice and pouring your cold brew over top. In a separate glass, combine the half and half, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch (or two) of cinnamon. Use a hand frother to blend everything together until it’s light and slightly foamy.
Slowly pour the milk mixture over your coffee, give it a gentle stir if you’d like, and enjoy.
It’s one of those drinks that feels a little indulgent but still simple enough to make every day—and I have a feeling this one will be on repeat all summer.
