I love how my skin feels after a good body scrub. That rejuvenated glow is just the little bit of self care I need! Adding antioxidant rich moringa to it makes it even better! Moringa is known for its anti aging properties and is said to help with blemishes. um, yes please!

I have a humongous jar of epsom salt next to my tub and with good reason. The minerals in it is said to help flush out toxins and reduce inflammation.

Exfoliating with a body scrub like this one feel so good on my skin. It sounds gross but removing dead skin cells reveals the moist skin underneath. It helps with circulation too.

When you make your own scrub, you know exactly what’s in it, and more importantly, what’s not in it. It’s super easy to make. You’ll need:

1 cup epsom salt
1/2 cup coconut oil
4 tbs moringa
6 drops lavender
4 drops myrtle

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix with a spoon. Store in an airtight container until ready to use. Apply a small amount to skin and massage in circular motions. Rinse off and pat dry.

I love how versatile these plants are! Check out all the other DIY recipes you can make. Get creative and have fun!
