I really enjoy a little self care time for myself and that includes taking a hot bath as part of my night time routine. This half hour soak really helps me get ready for bed.

To make it you’ll need:

1/2 cup epsom salt
1 tbs cup baking soda
1 tbs magnesium flakes
5 drops sleep essential oil blend

Add ingredients to a small bowl & mix together. Store in a 9 oz glass jar.
