With the winter months upon us, I’m all about soaking in a hot bath. And when I need a little extra, this breathe bath salt soak does the trick!

To make it you’ll need:

1/2 cup pink himalayan salt
1 cup epsom salt
3/4 cup baking soda
10 drops peppermint
15 drops eucaltypus
5 drops lavender

You can also use the Breathe Blend instead of the individual oils.

And don’t forget to add the cute label while you’re at it. I’m obsessed with using empty claussen pickle jars to store my bath salts, but you can any jar you have around.

Wouldn’t they make the cutest gifts for your friends?

I also like to have these DIY Shower Melts and my Deep Breath Inhaler to have on hand to help get me through the cold season.

There are plenty of other beauty items you can make too that both save you money and you know don’t have anything harmful in them.
