Giving my face a little pampering tlc today with a face mask. have you heard of moringa? It’s known as the “miracle tree” because of all the nutrients it has including vitamins A, C, & E as well as calcium, potassium and proteins. It’s high antioxidant content helps fight free radicals, redusing signs of aging. Yes please! In addition to moringa, I’m adding bentonite clay which is great for skin irritations and complexions.

To make it you’ll need:

I used equal parts:

Note: if you purchase any oil from far and wild, use code ELISA20 for an extra 20% off.

I added a tablespoon each of moringa powder and bentonite clay to a bowl. Then i added purified water to the desired consistency and 9 drops essential oil. this time i used frankincense, patchouli and lavender. It smells amazing!

I applied it to my face for 8-10 minutes and gently washed it off with a warm damp washcloth. Finish with your favorite moisturizer and voila!

Or as another essential oil alternative, you can use this skin care blend by mountain rose herbs that’s made up of lavender, frankincense, helichrysum and carrot seed oil.

You deserve a little self care mama! Take a little time and bless yourself with a facial!
