Sometimes I have a hard time shutting my brain off when I’m trying to go to sleep. I’ve added this roller to my routine and it’s helping! I roll it on the bottom of my feet and back of neck. Give it a try and let me know what you think! You’ll need:

15 dropsĀ Lavender
10 dropsĀ Vetiver
5 dropsĀ Frankincense
5 dropsĀ Orange
3 dropsĀ Ylang Ylang
V-6 Oil

Place essential oils into an emptyĀ 10ml rollerĀ & top with V-6 carrier oil. Gently shake. Decorate your roller with aĀ cute label like this one from my etsy shop. Apply to bottom of feet and back of neck at bedtime.
