I was reading that many people have a magnesium deficiency and that it can have a negative impact on sleep. So I grabbed some magnesium flakes and essential oils and made a sleep spray that I keep on my nightstand. I grabbed calming oils like lavender and roman chamomile and clary sage to support my hormones. To make the sleepy spray you’ll need:

1 ounce magnesium flakes
5 drops lavender
5 drops roman chamomile
3 drops clary sage

Fill a 2 ounce glass spray bottle half way with magnesium flakes. Add essential oils and fill the rest of the bottle up with distilled water. To use, gently shake the bottle and spray on the bottom of your feet before bed. Sweet dreams!

There are other diy sleep items you can make too to make bedtime a little easier.
