Soothe stress and ease tension with this DIY essential oil roller. Made with cooling peppermint, calming lavender, soothing rosemary and grounding frankincense—perfect for temples, neck, and on-the-go relief. Natural, simple, and oh-so effective. 💆♀️🌿Carry this roller in your purse to have on hand just when you need it. To make it you’ll need:
25 drops Peppermint (mountain rose herbs | far & wild | amazon)
25 drops Frankincense (mountain rose herbs | far & wild | amazon)
15 Drops lavender essential oil (mountain rose herbs | far & wild | amazon)
15 drops Rosemary (mountain rose herbs | far & wild | amazon)
Fractionated Coconut Oil
Place essential oils into an empty 10ml roller & top with V-6 carrier oil. Gently shake. Decorate your roller with a cute label like this one from my etsy shop. Apply to temples, forehead and/or back of the neck as needed.
