Sometimes I’m feeling a bit stuffy and want to wake up my respiratory system with a happy spa-like aroma. That’s when I whip out my gorgeous inhaler that I keep in my purse. They’re great for quick on the go deep refreshing breaths.

Here’s a quick visual on how to put it together. I add 5 drops Eucalyptus Globulus, 4 drops Peppermint, 2 drops Rosemary and 2 drops Lavender.

There are plenty of other DIY items you can make too that both save you money and you know don’t have anything harmful in them.
