I made this blend for a friend’s daughter. It’s sweet floral fragrance matches her personality perfectly! You’ll need:

6 rose quartz chips
3 dried rose petals
dash of himilayan pink salt
8 drops lavender
4 drops geranium
3 drops rose
fractionated coconut oil

Put rose quartz, rose petals & salt in an empty 5ml roller bottle. Add essential oils & top with fractionated coconut oil. Place top on and gently shake. Apply to wrists & neck as needed.

There are plenty of other roller recipes to try that make using your oils so simple!  What are you favorite roller recipes?

🌿 New to Herbalism?

Not sure which herbs are actually worth buying?

I put together my personal Mountain Rose Herbs shopping guide with three complete herbal pantries:

💧 Hydration Pantry (around $100)
🌿 Home Apothecary (around $200)
🌙 Evening Ritual Collection (around $300)

Each one includes the exact herbs I recommend, what you can make with them, and why they've earned a permanent place in my own herbal pantry.
