I love the spring, but sometimes it just doesn’t like me! I always have the roller in my purse to help me deal with the seasonal sniffles. It works like a charm! To make it you’ll need:

10 drops Lavender
10 drops Roman Chamomile
10 drops Lemon
10 drops Peppermint
V-6 Oil

Put essential oils into an empty 10ml roller bottle. Top off with V-6 oil. Place top on and gently shake. Apply to back of neck, behind the ears, on the chest and/or on the wrists as needed.

There are plenty of other roller recipes to try that make using your oils so simple! What are you favorite roller recipes?

🌿 New to Herbalism?

Not sure which herbs are actually worth buying?

I put together my personal Mountain Rose Herbs shopping guide with three complete herbal pantries:

💧 Hydration Pantry (around $100)
🌿 Home Apothecary (around $200)
🌙 Evening Ritual Collection (around $300)

Each one includes the exact herbs I recommend, what you can make with them, and why they've earned a permanent place in my own herbal pantry.
