I love a cup of hot coffee, especially a hot mocha, but that isn’t really the best choice for my adrenal glands. If you know me at all you know that my adrenal fatigue recovery is something I’m intensely passionate about, so this reishi mocha latte is a better option for me.

Reishi mushrooms are prized for their ability to build resistance to illness, detox the body, and calm the nerves. This mushroom coffee hits the spot for a nice warm drink full of adaptogen goodness!

To make it you’ll need:

1 tsp Reishi Mushroom Powder (Amazon | Mountain Rose Herbs)
1 packet Four Sigmatic Mushroom Coffee
1 tsp Cacao Powder (Amazon | Mountain Rose Herbs)
pinch of Himalayan Sea Salt (Amazon | Mountain Rose Herbs)
1 cup warm cashew or almond milk
dash of cinnamon

Warm up 1 cup of nut milk. Add all the ingredients to your vitamix (it makes a great froth). Pour into a mug. Add a sweetener like maple syrup if you like and enjoy!
