If you know me at all you know I love a cup of hot coffee. I’m learning I can kick it up a notch and nourish my body a little bit at the same time. That’s a win win for me!

Reishi mushrooms are prized for their ability to build resistance to illness, detox the body, and calm the nerves. This mushroom coffee with a bit of cacao hits the spot for a nice warm drink full of adaptogen goodness!

To make it you’ll need:

1 tsp Reishi Mushroom Powder (starwest botanicals | mountain rose herbs real mushrooms |  amazon)
1 /3 cup brewed Four Sigmatic Mushroom Coffee
1 tsp Cacao Powder (amazon | mountain rose herbs)
1 scoop collagen
pinch of Himalayan Sea Salt (amazon | mountain rose herbs)
1 cup warm cashew or almond milk
1 pitted medjool date
dash of cinnamon

Blend all in a high speed blender and enjoy!
