I used to have a symptom and then take a pill to address it. It was such a wonderful mindset change for me to think about being proactive with our wellness instead of reacting to every little thing. Boosting our immune system is always a good idea in my opinion. To make this roller you’ll need:

15 drops Shield
5 drops Oregano
5 drops Tea Tree
5 drops Cinnamon Bark
Coconut Oil

Whimsy & Wellness makes the cutest rollers, like this one. Grab a 10ml bottle and add your essential oils. Top off with coconut oil. Place top on and gently shake. Apply to back of neck, behind the ears, on the chest and/or on the wrists as needed.
