Have you heard of tzatziki sauce? If you’ve ever had a gyro, chances are you’ve tried this yummy white sauce. It’s so light and refreshing! All you need to make it is:

1 English Cucumber (peeled and chopped)
2 8 oz containers plain whole milk yogurt
1/2 lemon juiced
2 tbs olive oil
2 cloves garlic (peeled and minced)
2-3 tbs freshly chopped dill
salt and pepper

Combine yogurt, cucumber, olive oil, lemon juice, dill and garlic in a food processor. Pulse until well combined. Season with salt and pepper as desired. Transfer to a mason jar and refrigerate for at least one hour. Voila!
