This time of year it’s pumpkin spice this and pumpkin spice that. These fall scents are among my most favorite and now I can enjoy them in a sugar scrub. They are perfect in the shower, especially on my elbows. It’s too easy not to make them! And while you’re at it, make a few extra for friends and neighbors! You’ll need:
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/4 cup Jojoba Oil
1/2 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
3 drops Cinnamon Bark
3 drops Ginger
2 drops Nutmeg
2 drops Cardamom
4 oz Jar

I’ve included this label for your convenience too. Feel free to grab it to make your scrub giftable. It’s sized 2 x 1.75 inches.
There are plenty of other items you can make too that both save you money and you know don’t have anything harmful in them.
🌿 New to Herbalism?
Not sure which herbs are actually worth buying? I put together my personal Mountain Rose Herbs shopping guide with three complete herbal pantries:
💧 Hydration Pantry (around $100)
🌿 Home Apothecary (around $200)
🌙 Evening Ritual Collection (around $300)
Each one includes the exact herbs I recommend, what you can make with them, and why they've earned a permanent place in my own herbal pantry.
