I grew up with a mom who often snipped off a piece of aloe vera to make a scrape feel better. It’s often used to soothe a sunburn and is super nourishing for the skin, so I thought why not try to make a facial wash with it?

To make it you’ll need:
1/4 cup rose water (mountain rose herbs | amazon)
1 tbs aloe vera gel (mountain rose herbs | amazon)
1 tbs jojoba oil (mountain rose herbs | amazon)
1/2 cup castile soap (mountain rose herbs | amazon)
10 drops lavender essential oil (mountain rose herbs | starwest botanicals | amazon)
5 drops frankincense essential oil (mountain rose herbs | far and wild amazon)
3 drops tea tree essential oil (mountain rose herbs | far and wild | amazon)

For extra savings, use code ELISA20 from far and wild to save 20%.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Pour into an 8 ounce glass pump bottle.  To use: wet face, apply in small circles and rub in for 30 seconds, wash off with warm water. Enjoy!
