I’m always on the hunt for a new smoothie recipe. I made to stock up on blueberries from The Happy Berry over the summer. Once you’ve had them, it’s really hard to ever grab any from the store! They have so many varieties ranging from tart to sweet so when you add them to a smoothie there’s so much flavor!

To make the smoothie you’ll need:

1 cup organic blueberries
1 banana
1/4 cup spinach
Juice of half an orange
1 cup coconut milk

Place ingredients in you vitamix blender. Blend on high until smooth.
