Are you a tea drinker? I’ve felt more and more lately that I need to be drinking teas on a daily basis. I was drawn to this one by kshamicamd

She says that this tea kills bacteria in the mouth, expels mucus from the lungs and supports our immune systems. Sounds perfect, right? To make this tea you’ll need:

1/4 tsp whole cloves
1/2 tsp ginger root
1 cinnamon stick

Add ingredients to 3 cups of boiling water. Steep for five minutes. Strain and add a little bit of honey if you prefer. Enjoy!
