Hormonal balance is one of the things I’m most passionate about since I had such an awful time heading into perimenopause with adrenal fatigue. Adaptogens became such a healing tool for me. I’m in no way a doctor, but if by sharing my own personal journey helps one person get on the right track then I’m all in! Just to be safe, make sure you discuss with your medical professional before starting any herbal journey and do your own research. Now onto the good part! to make this moon latte you’ll need:
1 cup oat milk
1 teaspoon mushroom coffee
½ tsp ashwagandha powder (mountain rose herbs | starwest botanicals | amazon)
½ tsp tahini
½ tsp maca root powder (starwest botanicals | mountain rose herbs | amazon)
⅛ tsp ceylon cinnamon (starwest botanicals | mountain rose herbs | amazon)
½  tsp cacao powder (amazon | mountain rose herbs)
½ tsp coconut oil (mountain rose herbs | starwest botanicals | amazon) Heat up the milk and other ingredients in a small pot over the stove until warm. Gently stir it as it’s heating. Add the mixture into a blender and whip for about a minute until frothy. Pour mixture into a mug and enjoy!
