Moringa Chia Pudding
Have you ever been drawn to a plant but have no idea why? Moringa was one of those plants for me. It has so many benefits! It’s loaded with phytochemicals, protein, calcium, beta-carotene, vitamin C, Vitamin A and potassium for starters. It’s so easy to add to your smoothies or my latest favorite, chia pudding. To make it you’ll need:
1 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk
1/4 Cup Chia Seeds
3 Teaspoons Moringa Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Maple Syrup
Add all the ingredients to a mason jar and stir until thoroughly combined. Put the lid on and store in the refrigerator overnight.
In the morning, top with some shredded coconut and enjoy. What a great way to incorporate some green into your diet!
