My husband loves soaking in a hot tub to help him unwind after a long day. I used to make bath bombs for him, but lately I’m just not in the mood for finding that perfect ratio of water and citric acid. So I thought I’d try making bath melts instead. They’re so much easier!

For extra savings, use code ELISA20 from far and wild to save 20%.

Using a kitchen scale, measure out 5 ounces each of the shea butter, cocoa butter wafers and coconut oil. Melt all three of them in a double boiler.

Remove from heat and add in 2o drops of lavender essential oil.

Pour the mixture into the silicone molds, then sprinkle in the epsom salt and lavender petals.

Put the silicone tray into the refrigerator to harden.

You’ll love the with calming and nourishing feel on your skin. Simply drop a bath melt  into your bath water, rub it on your skin as a lotion and just relax.

Note: Be careful getting out of the tub as it might be a little slippery.

Enjoy!
