I used to burn candles and have those plug ins in my house all the time. I also used to take ibuprofen like candy. Coincidence? When I learned that I could make my home smell nice without harmful toxins I was willing to give it a try. Fourteen years later I’m still diffusing essential oils!

Although I have several of them, this one is my favorite. It has a 500ml tank with 7 different light settings, timers and mist setting options. And it’s just over $20! Yes please!

Spring is definitely in the air here in South Carolina. Just today it was already 78! I  thought it would be a nice to share some of my favorite diffuser blends that remind me of Springtime and lift your spirits at the same time.

Here are a few of my favorites. You get to choose the number of drops depending on the size of your diffuser and you choose your ratios too. For example, on Night Blossom I go light on the ylang ylang and heavy on the jasmine. It’s all about your personal preference. Just experiment until you find a blend that works for you.

The oils you need to make these are:

Geranium,  Lemon, GrapefruitYlang Ylang,  Lavender , JasmineLime,  Clary SagePatchouli , Bergamot, Peppermint

Which blend are you going to try first?

🌿 New to Herbalism?

Not sure which herbs are actually worth buying?

I put together my personal Mountain Rose Herbs shopping guide with three complete herbal pantries:

💧 Hydration Pantry (around $100)
🌿 Home Apothecary (around $200)
🌙 Evening Ritual Collection (around $300)

Each one includes the exact herbs I recommend, what you can make with them, and why they've earned a permanent place in my own herbal pantry.
