Yoga and essential oils go together like peas and carrots (said in my best Forest Gump voice). Whip this oil blend up for your next practice. You’ll need:
Put essential oils into an empty 10ml roller bottle. Top off with V-6 oil. Place top on and gently shake. Apply to bottom of feet and back of neck at bedtime.
