Yeah, I’m definitely one of those gals who goes a bit bonkers for all things pumpkin in the fall, especially pumpkin spice lattes! Here’s an easy recipe for your own creamer so that you can make them at home! And the best part of all is that you get to control how sweet you want it.
So grab your favorite sweatshirt, make your own pumpkin spice latte and enjoy the gorgeous fall colors!
- 4 cups milk
- 3/4 cup pumpkin purée
- 2 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Combine over low heat. Simmer for 10-20 minutes until incorporated. Be careful not to boil it. Strain out excess purée and pumpkin bits with a sieve. Pour into mason jars and refrigerate!
