Ahhhh moon milk. It’s become my new favorite thing!  If you know me at all you know that my adrenal fatigue recovery is something I’m intensely passionate about. I’m always on the hunt for different natural options like this one inspired by wanderlust to help my body deal with stress and get a great night’s sleep.

What’s moon milk? I’m so glad you asked! Moon milk is a warm beverage you drink at nighttime before bed. It contains those magical adaptogens that help our bodies cope with stress.  To make this dreamy concoction you’ll need:

1 cup Almond or Cashew milk
2 tsp Cacao Powder
1 tsp Ashwagandha Powder
1 tsp Red Reishi Powder
1 tsp Raw Honey
1 tbsp Coconut Butter
1 pinch Himalayan Pink Salt

Add the nut milk to a saucepan and warm on medium heat until it’s just barely simmering. Lower the heat and add the remaining ingredients, whisking to combine and remove any lumps. Pour into a mug and sleep well! Don’t forget to add a few drops of Lavender to your diffuser next to your bed to make your night’s rest even better!
