We exfoliate our feet and arms, but why not the scalp too? It removes dead skin cells and product build up, promostes hair growth and feels amazing! You proably already have the supplies in your pantry.
You’ll need:
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 drop lavender essential oil (mountain rose herbs | far & wild | amazon)
1 drop rosemary essential oil (mountain rose herbs | far & wild | amazon)
1 handful of your favorite shampoo
For extra savings, use code ELISA20 from far and wild to save 20%.
Mix baking soda and essential oils with a handful of shampoo in the shower. Gently scrub into your scalp and rinse.
There are plenty of other DIY items you can make too that both save you money and you know don’t have anything harmful in them.
🌿 New to Herbalism?
Not sure which herbs are actually worth buying? I put together my personal Mountain Rose Herbs shopping guide with three complete herbal pantries:
💧 Hydration Pantry (around $100)
🌿 Home Apothecary (around $200)
🌙 Evening Ritual Collection (around $300)
Each one includes the exact herbs I recommend, what you can make with them, and why they've earned a permanent place in my own herbal pantry.
