Today’s lunch includes a leftover hamburger patt

Today’s lunch includes a leftover hamburger patty with a huge plate of roasted veggies and my tahini dressing.

My favorite part of meal prep is roasting a week’s worth of vegetables on sunday. I eat them every single day and can’t say enough about them.

This week’s veggies include:
red cabbage
delicata squash
butternut squash
brussels sprouts
carrots
beets

Can I just say how great it is to have herbs ready to be used in my apothecary so I can create the tea blends I need at a moments notice?

Today’s tea for getting better includes:
Hibiscus: High in Vitamin C and antioxidants. It helps support heart health and digestion & gives the tea a gorgeous red color.
